Tickets

Tickets are non-refundable and non- transferable. Refunds cannot be given for missed tours. If you are delayed or unable to make a tour through circumstances beyond your control please contact us immediately as we may be able to sell your tickets to someone else. If we manage to sell your tickets we can then offer you a tour on another date, if available.

Customers must reserve a specific tour date & time. Tickets are only valid for that tour.

Tour Departures

Please arrive at the tour start* 15 minutes prior to the departure time of your tour. There are a limited number of seats available on each tour and each seat is allocated to one person.

*Soccer In The City Standard & Matchday Tours start at the fountain outside the Walker Art Gallery, William Brown Street, Liverpool 3 (bing map ref; 53.409439-2.98021).

Smoking

Smoking, eating and drinking is NOT permitted on the vehicle. Please note the first stop for toilet or snacks is approximately 1 hour after the tour starts.

Children

Children under sixteen years must be accompanied by an responsible adult aged over eighteen. There are no storage facilities on the vehicles therefore buggies and wheelchairs are NOT permitted on board. If you have specific mobility or medical needs please contact Soccer in The City before making a booking so that we can make your SITC experience as pleasant as possible.

Lost Property

Personal property taken on Soccer in The City’s tour is the responsibility of it’s owner. Whilst every effort will be made to retain lost property, Soccer In The City cannot be held responsible for property left on the vehicle. However, Soccer In The City will endeavour to reunite lost property with it’s rightful owners where reasonably practicable. In the first instance you should contact Peter@soccerinthecity.co.uk informing us of the date & time you took part in our tour and describing the lost property in as much detail as possible.

Accident or Loss

We do not accept any liability for loss, damage, delay, inconvenience or direct / consequential loss however caused.

Refunds

Refunds are only permitted for the following reasons:

• Bad weather that does not permit the tour to run. 
• The tour is partially completed (only 50% in these circumstances)

Tour Changes

Soccer In The City Tour lasts over two hours. In case of delay and/or diversion you should allow three  hours for completion of the tour.  Please take this point into consideration when reserving your seat  (especially if you have other arrangements planned).

 Each tour operates subject to sufficient demand, tours with a low capacity maybe cancelled without prior notice. We will offer you an alternative date at your convenience or a full refund.

In the event of disruption due to road closures en-route which prevent the tour as advertised being operated every endeavour will be made to substitute an alternative route, Soccer In The City reserves the right to cancel or alter arrangements.

If there are road or other diversions tours may have to be altered at short notice.

General Conditions

We may, at our discretion, require any person to withdraw from any tour if we deem their behaviour offensive or disruptive to other passengers and shall take no further liability.
